On the occasion of Tet, in addition to the 13th-month salary bonus and company year-end party, the company’s Board of Directors has a small gift to send to all employees before the Tet holiday. Although the gift is not large, it partly helps increase staff morale and contributes to a full Tet for Quan Chi members.
